She is using the same tried and true recommended techniques and natural methods she has used successfully in her office practice. By having her practice on the internet, it enables her to work with people out of city, out of state, and around the world.
How can you effectively work a practice through the internet?
Ruth Rojo is a Traditional Naturopath, which means she does not diagnose or prescribe drugs. She uses tests that identify what deficiencies you have and all of the options available today to correct your health problem.
So, how does this work?
Go to her website: www.ToGetWell.com You have 2 types of tests from which to choose.
1. If you are healthy but you don't know what vitamin and/or mineral deficiencies you may have, take the VITAMIN/MINERAL TEST to find out if you are deficient in any of the vitamins and minerals. Sometimes, even if you are taking vitamins and minerals, you may be taking too much of one kind of supplement and not enough of the other.
2. If you have a special or specific health problem, you want to go to the website and click on the SPECIAL HEALTH PROBLEMS page. These Special Health Problem Tests are not diagnosing your problem. You already know what health problems you have. The tests are identifying what deficiencies you have and all of the options available today to correct your health problem.
Click on the Health Problem Test you want to take. Take the test, push submit, and test results will be in 5 seconds. You will receive a Final Report with information such as your vitamin/mineral deficiencies, health problem triggers, nutritional counseling (what foods to eat and what foods to avoid so as to not aggravate your condition), herbal, homeopathic, additional recommended supplements, beneficial behavioral recommendations, drug contradictions, and what most medical doctors will recommend. Please be sure to add "drrojo@togetwell.com" to your computer's accepted addresses so she can send you additional information after you print out your test results. This will guide you as to how to start your regimen.
As a Naturopath, Ruth Rojo does not sell supplements. Supplements, foods, etc., are recommended but they must be purchased from either a health food store, the internet, or from your health practitioner.
She does not receive compensation from any product/company she recommends, nor is she an owner, part-owner nor does she own stock in any product/company she may recommend. If a recommendation is mentioned, it is because she has recommended it in her practice and has seen the regimen work successfully. The reason she refuses to accept any compensation from a company is because (1) she feels that would be a conflict of interest and (2) she wants you to know the recommendations are made because they work and not because there is an ulterior motive for recommending them.
